Bijou Cocktail

ingredients:

• gin: 30 ml
• Green Chartreuse: 30 ml
• Sweet Vermouth: 30 ml
• ice
• maraschino cherry: 1

cookware:

• mixing glass
• cocktail glass

1. Add gin(30 ml), Green Chartreuse(30 ml) and Sweet Vermouth(30 ml) to a cooled mixing glass with ice.

2. Stir for around 1 minute.

3. Strain cocktail into cocktail glass.

4. Garnish with an olive or real maraschino cherry(1) and serve.
